About Legion of St. Michael LEMC

Founder’s Statement

The Legion of St. Michael Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club was founded in July of 2014 by a Chicago Police Officer, for active and retired Police Officers, Fire Fighters, First Responders, and our proud Military members. The club was created to unite members through a shared passion for motorcycles and a commitment to supporting our brothers and sisters in crisis.

The Legion of St. Michael takes great pride in knowing that, after ten years, its membership reflects that original mission. The club has remained true to its founding principles without wavering.

The Legion of St. Michael LEMC is composed of Federal, State, and Municipal Police Officers, including Border Patrol Agents, State Troopers and Correctional Officers The Legion is also proud to have Fire Fighters, EMT's, and First Responders serving communities across the country.

The Legion of St. Michael is proud to include brave members, both active and retired, from the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Marine Corps. These warriors are the backbone of our great nation, standing together while wearing the Legion’s colors.

The Legion of St. Michael LEMC was recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization effective in 2018. The organization currently has Chapters in Illinois, Florida, Arizona, Missouri, Kansas, Washington State, Minnesota, Georgia, Texas, Mississippi, and Tennessee, along with International Chapters in Italy and Great Britain.

The Legion is deliberate and careful regarding its membership. Those who put their lives in danger deserve to belong to a Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club whose members truly understand the realities of public service.

First Responders understand what other First Responders experience. Law Enforcement Officers, Fire Fighters, and Military personnel who seek membership with men who can genuinely relate to these experiences, especially in today’s environment, are encouraged to email Recruiter@Legionlemc-mn.com

The Legion of St. Michael LEMC welcomes all inquiries regarding membership and questions about the organization. To all men and women of Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, First Responders, and Military personnel, may God bless you and protect you.

A patch worn on the vest of all members of the Legion of St. Michael LEMC bears Matthew 5:9: Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.

Thank you. God bless you, and stay safe.

Daniel “Bear” Diaz
